undersized, steady Redhawks guard with true lead-ball skills
Shelton is a 5-9 freshman guard for Southeast Missouri State from St. Louis and Vashon, and the profile that pops is craft over flash: a compact ballhandler who can organize an offense, keep the tempo clean, and play with real guard poise for his size. In the 2024-25 season, he was listed with career production of 25 games, 2.4 points, 0.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game, which suggests a developmental floor general rather than a volume scorer. If you want a low-drama connector who can run a team, he’s interesting; if you need downhill size, he’s not your guy.
