Kyriq McDonald brings veteran steadiness and ball-hawking production to Missouri State’s secondary
McDonald is a proven, high-responsibility safety for Missouri State, serving as a co-captain and starting 9 of 10 games while posting 40 tackles, 20 solo stops, and 6 passes defended in the 2024 season. His value goes beyond the box score: he brings reliable coverage instincts, active playmaking, and the kind of steady leadership coaches trust in the back end. If you want a defensive back who can communicate, compete, and help limit explosive plays, he looks like a strong fit.
