Paul Perkins is not a current Eastern Kentucky defensive back
There’s a mismatch here: the available records tie Paul Perkins to a former pro running back profile, while Eastern Kentucky’s roster page shows no statistics available for a football player by that name in the 2024–2025 listing[2][11]. Because of that, there isn’t enough verified information to fairly evaluate a current Eastern Kentucky DB profile, current performance, or fit. If you meant a different Paul Perkins, send the corrected name and team, and a clean scouting snapshot can be built fast.
