Coastal Carolina DB Dontavais Johnson offers versatility, but current public data is limited
Dontavais Johnson is a Coastal Carolina defensive back whose appeal is the kind coaches usually value in the secondary: flexibility, competitive toughness, and the chance to contribute in multiple coverage roles. Publicly available performance data is sparse for his current Chanticleers status, so the best read is that he projects as a depth or developmental piece rather than a headline stat producer right now. If you want a DB with room to grow and special-teams upside, he is worth tracking; if you need a proven, stat-heavy difference-maker today, the evidence is not yet there.
