Elliot Washington II looks like Clemson’s spring-to-fall breakout at corner
Elliot Washington II is a 2026 Clemson transfer who arrived from Penn State and quickly earned loud praise, with Dabo Swinney calling him Clemson’s top spring performer and noting he created turnovers all camp. He brings press-man physicality, quick feet, loose hips, and real ball production upside, backed by 53 tackles, 9 pass deflections, and 2 interceptions in three Penn State seasons, plus a strong debut with 6 tackles and 2 pass breakups at LSU in 2026. The fit is obvious if a team wants an energetic, aggressive CB with starter-level juice and special-teams value.
