Jace Godwin brings veteran DB grit to Presbyterian
Jace Godwin is listed as a defensive back for Presbyterian, with the program’s roster bio noting his LaGrange High School background and a career profile built on production and discipline rather than flash. He was an all-region and all-state honorable mention recruit who piled up 274 tackles and eight interceptions in high school, which hints at a physical, ball-aware defender who reads plays well and plays downhill. For a team needing reliability, instincts, and a steady tone in the secondary, he looks like the kind of fit coaches love to keep around.
