Connor Shaw brings left-handed upside and strikeout flashes to San Diego State
Connor Shaw profiles as a developing left-handed arm whose appeal is the kind coaches like to bet on: situational value, strikeout ability, and room to grow rather than a fully finished stat line. Publicly available recent data is limited, so the safest read is that he’s more of a projection piece than a proven headline starter right now, with prior amateur reports suggesting a pitcher worth monitoring for mound presence and matchup value. If your team wants a low-ego, high-upside LHP with potential to carve out a role, Shaw is the type to watch.
