Explosive Creighton wing scorer with pro-level grit
Mahoney is a physical, attack-minded guard/wing whose value comes from downhill scoring, toughness, and a ready-made pro frame that translates beyond raw numbers. At Creighton, he stood out as a high-motor shot creator who could pressure the rim, defend multiple spots, and bring an edge—traits that often matter more than box-score volume. He is best viewed as a competitive, scheme-versatile piece for teams that need energy, contact finishing, and secondary scoring, though his profile is more about impact and intensity than elite polish or star-level shot creation.
