Emerging Guard with Wolf Pack Mentality for Arkansas State
Joseph Bailey, a Cotter, AR native playing as Guard #12 for the Arkansas State Red Wolves, is defined by his intense 'Wolf Pack Mentality' and competitive fire rather than just his current modest stats (1.0 PPG, 30.4% FG in 2025-26). While he is a developmental prospect currently limited by game volume (averaging ~1.0 PPG over the last 5 games per RealGM), his differentiator is his relentless intensity and 'Battle Born' resilience, evidenced by a hard-fought 45-47 loss where he showed grit despite the outcome. He is not yet a ready-fit for a championship team needing immediate scoring, but he is an excellent long-term fit for a program valuing defensive intensity, hustle, and a high-workrate personality who can grow into a key contributor with more coaching and game experience.
