Anna Brait is Holy Cross’ steady, battle-tested spark in the middle infield
In the 2026 season, Anna Brait finished her Holy Cross career as a reliable two-way table-setter and clutch bat, starting 37 games and hitting .238 with 24 hits, eight doubles and a home run, while also ranking among the program’s all-time leaders in hits, doubles, RBI and walks. She’s the kind of shortstop/second baseman coaches love: high-contact, disciplined at the plate, and calm in big moments. Her story adds real edge, too — after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in late 2025, she returned cancer-free in 2026 and earned major sportsmanship recognition for her resilience and leadership.
