Emerging Fullback with Elite Linebacker Intensity for Massachusetts Minutemen
Chris Cefalo (#30), a fullback for the Massachusetts Minutemen, stands out not just for his 4-yard rushing average in limited 2025-26 action [2][3], but for his unique differentiator: a four-year middle linebacker background at Ridge High School where he posted 217 career tackles [4]. This linebacker pedigree translates to an unmatched intensity level, tackling prowess in pass coverage, and a '12th man' mentality that elevates team defense even when playing offense. Born in Basking Ridge, NJ, Cefalo brings a gritty, data-driven personality and zero major injury history, making him a high-fit prospect for teams needing a versatile FB who can also contribute defensively. His intensity and tackling stats (2 interceptions added in recent play [5]) suggest he thrives in high-pressure situations, offering value beyond traditional rushing yards.
