Carson Seeman brings strike-throwing depth and a scholar-athlete profile to Indiana State's bullpen
Seeman is a right-handed relief option who logged 19 appearances for Indiana State in 2025, showing usable strikeout ability with a 17:9 K/BB ratio and seven scoreless outings, but he also dealt with contact issues as opponents hit .355 against him and his ERA finished at 8.07. His value is less about eye-popping numbers and more about reliability, maturity, and versatility: he’s a transfer who has already proven he can cover multiple roles, and his MVC Scholar-Athlete recognition suggests a high-floor, team-first fit for a staff that values dependable innings and composure.
