Proven shot-maker with lead-guard polish
Plitzuweit is a skilled, high-IQ guard who has already shown he can be a primary creator and efficient scorer for South Dakota, highlighted by an all-Summit League first-team 2020-21 season with 19.0 points and 3.9 assists per game, plus a strong 41.6% from three in 2022-23. He brings range, late-clock shot-making, and enough playmaking to run offense, and his free-throw touch has been a real separator. If you want a guard who can score without needing a perfect ecosystem, he fits; the main question is whether his defensive impact and durability match his offensive punch.
