UTEP LB Jayson VanHook: Productive, durable, and assignment-sound
Jayson VanHook’s calling card is consistency: in the 2020 season at UTEP, he started all 12 games at linebacker and posted 52 tackles, four tackles for loss, a sack, and two quarterback hurries, showing he can stay on the field and affect plays near the line of scrimmage. His broader stat profile also points to reliable tackling volume and disruptive flashes, making him the kind of linebacker who fits a defense that values toughness, discipline, and steady production over highlight-reel volatility.
