Frye is a 6-foot-5, 195-pound redshirt senior quarterback whose value is more about traits and trajectory than raw volume: in 2025 at Grambling State, he completed 6 of 8 passes for 44 yards and 1 touchdown with no interceptions, and he has shown enough mobility to add a rushing score as well.[1][5] He’s a fit if you want a tall, experienced backup or developmental QB who protects the ball, but the current production sample is small, so his ceiling is still more projection than proven starter-level output.[1][4]
