Ava Wallace brings **contact-first production** and **middle-infield value** to Southern
A 5'4" right-handed infielder, Ava Wallace profiles as a steady, run-producing bat with proven lineup value at Southern; D1Softball lists her at .292 in 2026 with 42 hits, 24 RBI, and 27 runs, while a recruiting profile credits her with a .398 average, 4 homers, 18 RBI, and a program-record 7-RBI game in a prior season. Her differentiators are balance, consistency, and enough defensive versatility to fit multiple infield spots, making her a strong fit for teams that want reliable contact, competitive toughness, and a player who can impact games without needing to be a pure power bat.[2][9]
