NC State Wolfpack's Rebounding Force Turned Loyola Coach
Carlee Schuhmacher, a 6-1 F/C for NC State Wolfpack, peaked in 2014-15 with standout games like 19 points and 11 rebounds vs. Coppin State and a career-high 7.9 PPG as a junior, powering the team to the WNIT third round; her senior year (2015-16) saw 4.4 PPG and 3.9 RPG in 27 starts. A gritty, double-double machine from her JUCO days (16.2 PPG, 11.4 RPG), she's now a Loyola Chicago graduate assistant coach since 2023, blending rebounding tenacity and leadership—ideal for teams seeking high-motor bigs with post-career coaching upside.
