No verified Notre Dame football player profile found for Ed O'Connell
Available reliable sources do not identify an Ed O'Connell as a Notre Dame Fighting Irish linebacker, so I can’t responsibly assess his current performance, strengths, or fit without risking a mix-up with a different person. If you meant another Notre Dame defender, share the correct name and I can give you a fast, scouting-style snapshot focused on performance, traits, and team fit.
