Delaware RB with room to carve out a bigger role
O'Neal is a Delaware running back whose value is more about future upside than proven production right now, since the available roster and preview information do not show him as a featured stat leader in 2025 or 2026 team materials. That makes him a depth-and-development watch: the kind of back you care about if you value roster flexibility, special-teams utility, and a player who can earn touches by showing toughness, ball security, and consistency in camp. If you want an immediate bell-cow, the current public profile does not point there; if you want a potentially useful complementary back, he is worth tracking.
