Jacob Callier brings veteran size and edge-setting toughness to Colorado’s linebacker room
In the 2025 season, Jacob Callier profiles as a big-bodied, experienced outside linebacker at 6-foot-2, 230 pounds who fits Colorado’s “Buffs Back” hybrid role and adds physicality to a linebacker room praised for its depth. Listed as a sophomore from St. John Bosco, he looks like a strong fit if a team wants length, downhill intent, and special-teams utility rather than flash. The intriguing part: his value is more about frame, role versatility, and toughness than eye-popping stat lines.
