High‑Motor Guard with Proven Scoring Upside and Tenacious On‑Ball Pressure
Eloy Medina brings a high‑energy, defensive‑minded guard profile to the New Mexico Lobos, highlighted by a standout high‑school career where he averaged 20.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game and earned four First‑Team All‑District honors. Though his college stats have been modest so far, his background as a prolific scorer and relentless competitor suggests strong developmental upside, especially for a team valuing toughness, perimeter defense, and a guard who can create offense in transition and off the dribble.
