Dimitri Johnson brings veteran LB production and toughness to WKU
Dimitri Johnson is listed on Western Kentucky’s 2026 roster as an inside linebacker, but the available public stat trail points to a veteran defender who’s logged real snaps and steady tackling production across multiple seasons. His profile suggests a grinder-type presence: experienced, physically mature, and built for assignments that reward discipline, run support, and reliability over flash. He’s the kind of linebacker coaches like because he can help stabilize a defense and handle the dirty work; the caveat is that the public data here doesn’t show big-play splash numbers, so his value looks more about consistency than highlight-reel chaos.
