Undersized Slot Dynamo with Pro Day Buzz from Nebraska
At 5-9 and 170 pounds, Billy Kemp IV carved out a reliable role as Nebraska's slot receiver, amassing career college stats of 227 receptions for 2,084 yards and 9 TDs—mostly from Virginia where he ranked among the Cavaliers' all-time top receivers—before transferring in 2023. His quickness, precise route-running, and sure hands make him a chain-moving specialist in spread offenses, though his lack of size limits contested catches. Post-Nebraska, he's drawing NFL scout interest after a strong Pro Day, ideal for teams needing a shifty, high-effort third-down weapon without injury red flags.
