Tennessee DB Phenom with Elite Ball Skills and Versatility
Fresh off his 2024 Gatorade Wisconsin Player of the Year honors as a high school senior, 6'1" Tre Poteat brings lockdown coverage (6 INTs, 43 tackles, 2 pick-sixes) and offensive firepower (43 rec, 552 yds, 7 TDs) to Tennessee's secondary; his playmaking intensity, fumble-forcing knack (5 FF), and two-way athleticism make him a disruptive fit for aggressive defenses, though adapting to SEC speed will test his high-motor tenacity.
