Cameron Shook brings reliable, academically driven punting depth to Iowa State
Shook is a **redshirt senior punter** at Iowa State with limited but real game experience: in 2021 he averaged **36.7 yards on six punts**, added kickoff duty in 2020, and earned multiple **Academic All-Big 12** honors, which points to a dependable, disciplined profile. He fits best as a depth-and-development option rather than a proven every-week difference-maker, but his size (6-foot-3, 191) and special-teams background give him a solid foundation if your team values consistency, intelligence, and room to keep improving.
