Florida State OL with Elite Maryland Roots and Scout-Team Grit
David Robbins, a four-star interior offensive lineman for Florida State, stands out as one of Maryland’s Top 18 players and a Top 50 national offensive guard, bringing versatile strength and data-backed technique to the line. Though he spent 2017 contributing primarily on the scout team and appeared in just three reserve games in 2016, his intensity, coachability, and relentless drive—evident in his social posts celebrating FSU’s historic championship drives—make him a high-upside fit for teams valuing personality and growth over immediate stats. With no reported injury history and a mindset rooted in team legacy, Robbins offers more than rankings: he brings the fire of a player who sees himself as part of Florida State’s winning culture.
