veteran, high-IQ linebacker with proven production and academic discipline
Schrider is a **2019 Cal linebacker** whose value comes from versatility, experience, and steady production: across 47 college games at Richmond, Chattanooga, and Cal, he posted 94 tackles, 13.0 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, and a reputation as an active backfield disruptor.[1] His Cal bio also notes a 2020 NFF Hampshire Honor Society selection, which supports the picture of a disciplined, coachable player who likely understands assignments and detail as well as he plays them.[1] He looks best as a smart, rotational fit for a team that wants veteran toughness and reliability more than raw upside.[1]
