Clemson CB Brian Dawkins Jr.: Elite Speed and Intensity Define Rising Star
Brian Dawkins Jr. (Clemson, CB) brings elite speed, relentless intensity, and a chip-on-his-shoulder mentality that mirrors his father's legendary NFL career. As a stat leader in coverage efficiency during the 2024 season, he differentiates himself with rare combination of size (6'0", 195 lbs) and closing burst, making him a lockdown corner who thrives in press coverage. While he missed limited time in 2023 due to a minor ankle sprain, his recovery was swift, and he returned with increased aggression. Personality-wise, Dawkins Jr. is known for his leadership, work ethic, and competitive fire—traits that make him a perfect fit for any team seeking a high-intensity, scheme-versatile CB who can shut down top receivers and elevate the entire defense.
