James Madison DE with roster buzz, but limited public performance data
Sherrod Briggs is listed as a defensive end for James Madison in 2026 roster materials, but publicly available game production and scouting detail are scarce, so his true on-field profile is still more of a puzzle than a stat sheet story. The clear takeaway: he’s at least in the program’s rotation conversation, and that usually means he’s brought enough size, effort, or development upside to stay in the mix. For a team shopping for a proven edge disruptor, the public evidence is thin; for one betting on upside and internal growth, Briggs is worth a closer look.
