UTEP LB Matthew Heard: veteran depth piece with limited public scouting data
Matthew Heard is a UTEP linebacker whose public profile is thin, but the available roster history shows he was listed as a senior in the 2015 UTEP roster and missed that season due to injury, which adds important context about durability and availability. The upside here is experience and linebacker depth, but there is not enough reliable, current stat or scouting data in the provided sources to credibly label him a breakout performer or impact playmaker. If your team values a low-drama, veteran-style defender with unknown recent production, he warrants a closer look.
