Experienced, long-framed FAU DB with a redshirt-senior profile
DeShields is a **6-3, 200-pound redshirt senior** defensive back at Florida Atlantic, but public stats for him are limited, so the best read is that he brings veteran size, length, and a depth-piece/competition profile rather than a flashy stat line. FAU lists him on the 2024 roster with no available statistics, which usually points to a player valued more for practice consistency, physical tools, and role flexibility than production. If your team wants an experienced defensive back who can add size and upside to the room, he is the kind of developmental fit to watch.
