Jasen Kelly is a depth-building Ohio linebacker with upside in the rotation
In the 2025 season, Jasen Kelly appeared in 12 games for Ohio and recorded five total tackles, a small stat line that points to a developing role rather than a finished product. He looks like a work-in-progress linebacker with size, experience in the program, and room to grow into a steadier run-support piece. The key question is not production yet; it is whether his frame, effort, and special-teams value can translate into more snaps in 2026. If your team needs an immediate impact starter, he is not that—if you want a developmental defender, he fits the mold.
