Boo Richardson brings steady two-way guard play for Illinois State
Richardson’s calling card is his combo of **playmaking and defense**: in the 2007-08 season he averaged 3.7 assists and 1.6 steals per game while playing 30.1 minutes, and Illinois State credited him with starting all 61 games he played and helping anchor the team’s perimeter defense. He looks like a fit for teams that want a reliable, experienced guard who can handle the ball, defend pressure, and play a heavy minute load rather than simply chase volume scoring.[1][9][2]
