veteran QB with record-setting high school pedigree and JMU upside
Connor Mitch brings a proven passing pedigree, including a North Carolina state-record nine touchdown passes in a game and 4,661 passing yards with 63 touchdowns as a senior at Wakefield, but his college production has been limited, with ESPN listing 184 passing yards and 1 TD for James Madison. He’s intriguing as a fit for teams that value arm talent and experience, but the biggest question is whether he can translate that high-school explosiveness into consistent college-level efficiency and durability.
