experienced SDSU linebacker with a long-track record of grit
Robbie Jelsma is a South Dakota State linebacker profile worth caring about because his football story is built on toughness, versatility, and staying power rather than flash. Public roster and profile pages confirm he is listed with the Jackrabbits, but current 2026 game-by-game stat detail was not available in the accessible sources, so the safest read is that he projects as a physical, dependable defender whose value comes from effort, instincts, and reliability in the run game. If your team wants a tone-setter who brings blue-collar intensity, Jelsma fits the mold.
