East Carolina OL Stephen Heis: proven run-game helper with blue-collar edge
Stephen Heis brings a straight-ahead, physical profile as an East Carolina offensive lineman, with official ECU notes showing he helped anchor a line that produced multiple 100-yard rushing performances and logged 29 knockdown blocks in 576 plays. That kind of production suggests a player who can do the unglamorous work coaches trust: effort, leverage, and consistency in the trenches. He’s a fit for a team that values toughness and reliable run-game execution more than flash.
