Jabari Ishmael brings veteran size, edge pressure, and disruptive playmaking to Southern Miss
In the 2024 season at Marshall, Jabari Ishmael played 10 games, posted 20 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and a pass breakup, flashing the kind of length-and-burst profile that can wreck game plans from the edge. He’s a 6-foot-6, 270-pound redshirt senior with real production, not just traits, and the forced-fumble chops matter. He should fit teams that want a physical, high-motor DL who can collapse pockets and create chaos, even if he’s not a pure stat-padding sack artist every week.
