Former Liberty forward with a long, steady, glue-guy résumé
In the 2016-17 season, Josiah Talbert appeared in 25 games for Liberty and averaged 1.5 points and 1.0 rebounds per game, with a career-high 7 points at Gardner-Webb; at 6-foot-9, he brought size, frontcourt length, and a hard-nosed role-player profile that fit a team-first system. His prep resume — including all-state honors and production as a shot-blocking, rebounding forward — suggests a player built on effort, touch, and interior presence rather than flashy scoring. He looks like a low-usage, high-discipline fit when a roster needs reliable toughness and structure.
