Tennessee Tech’s specialist with a leg worth watching
John Arnold is Tennessee Tech’s punter/kicker, a roster piece that matters because field position and hidden-yardage swings can decide tight games. ESPN lists him as a punter for the Golden Eagles, and his role suggests he is valued for specialist reliability rather than volume stats alone.[1][4] For a team looking for a composed special-teams fit, Arnold’s appeal is in consistency, game-management value, and the ability to quietly tilt possessions—exactly the kind of player coaches notice when they trust execution over flash.[1][4]
