Tennessee OL, Not Texas Southern LB
The available roster information points to a different William Parker than the one in your query: Tennessee lists William Parker as an offensive lineman, not a linebacker for Texas Southern, so there is not enough reliable evidence to assess a Texas Southern Tigers LB profile from the provided sources. If you mean the Tennessee player, he is listed as a big-bodied OL prospect, which is useful context for teams prioritizing line depth and development.
