Defensive-minded Canisius guard who brings captain energy and glue-player value
Allison Braun stands out as a defensive-first guard with real leadership juice: during her Canisius career, she earned teammate MVP honors in her junior and senior seasons, was a three-time MAAC All-Academic selection, and became known for her defensive prowess while appearing in 108 games with 53 starts. Her profile screams reliable, high-IQ, team-first basketball rather than empty-box-score flash, which is exactly why coaches love her kind of player. If you want toughness, accountability, and a guard who helps a team’s identity more than its highlight reel, she’s a fit.
