Southern Illinois LB Jason O'Neil: roster-level name, but no public stat trail yet
Publicly available sources confirm Jason O'Neil is on Southern Illinois’ 2026 football roster, but the accessible stat pages and team pages do not show enough player-specific production to credibly grade his current performance right now. That means his value is still more about projection than résumé: if he’s a fit, it would be for traits not captured in the data here—development upside, special-teams usefulness, and system compatibility—rather than proven on-field output. I’d want game film and coach reports before treating him as a confirmed impact linebacker.
