Richmond DL Jay Swegheimer brings proven pass-rush production and captain-level edge
Swegheimer profiles as a disruptive, high-motor defensive lineman with a strong résumé: Richmond lists him as a three-year varsity starter, defensive captain and MVP, with 40 career sacks and three defensive touchdowns. Those are the kinds of numbers that signal real game-wrecking ability, but the bigger differentiator is his leadership and consistency in high-leverage moments. If you want a defender who can pressure the quarterback, create chaos, and set a tone for the unit, he looks like a strong fit.
