Texas State DB Brandon Dickinson: a name to verify before the hype train leaves the station
I couldn’t verify current 2026 on-field performance or reliable stat-leader data for a Texas State DB named Brandon Dickinson from the available sources, so this is a roster-status caution flag rather than a scouting stamp. The only Texas State football evidence tied to that name is an older 2000-era roster listing a Brandon Dickinson as a redshirt freshman defensive back, which does not establish a current Bobcats profile. If this is the player you mean, the smart read is to confirm his active roster status and recent game reps before treating him as a fit; without verified production, the safest takeaway is that the data is incomplete, not that the player lacks value.
