steady veteran presence in the Bison secondary
In his 2003 season at North Dakota State, Cody Kittelson was a reliable strong safety who played in 10 games and flashed playmaking with six tackles and a sack in the finale, while his earlier 2002 season showed he could handle real snaps and finish with 19 tackles and a career-high eight against St. Cloud State. Listed at 5-11 and 181 pounds, he projects as a tough, assignment-sound defender with family football pedigree and a no-fuss, team-first profile that fits a physical program like NDSU.
