Virginia Tech’s veteran shot-maker with a scorer’s edge
In the 2009-10 season, Lindsay Biggs was a seasoned Virginia Tech guard known for her perimeter scoring and clutch shot-making, including a 19-point outing in the Hokies’ upset of No. 10 North Carolina and a 21-point game at NC State. She built her reputation as a high-volume 3-point threat, once setting a school single-season record with 71 threes and finishing among Tech’s career leaders in made triples. Biggs’ value goes beyond the box score: she played with a shooter’s confidence, handled pressure well, and brought veteran polish to the backcourt.
