Big-Frame QB Who Brought Production and Touchdown Efficiency to North Alabama
Rett Files is a 6-foot-3, 205-pound pro-style quarterback whose appeal has been his size, polish, and proven passing production: in four starts in 2021, he threw for 1,086 yards and 11 touchdowns, earning College Sports Madness recognition for that stretch. He originally committed to North Alabama in 2018 and has been a known developmental QB with starter-level upside, but the available public evidence on his recent on-field role is limited, so his current fit is best judged as a depth-and-development bet rather than a clear stat-driven breakout.
