Stichweh brings starter value with punch-out upside for CSU
In 2026, Zach Stichweh has shown useful right-handed depth for Charleston Southern, flashing strikeout ability in big spots — including a 3.0-inning, 4-K scoreless outing against South Carolina and another 3.0-inning relief stint with no earned runs at College of Charleston. His profile suggests a competitive arm who can give you multiple innings, miss bats, and handle pressure, though the run prevention has been uneven at times. If you want a pitcher with strikeout juice, toughness, and some starter/relief flexibility, he’s worth a hard look.
