Jared Shimberg brings decorated prep pedigree to Brown’s offensive line
Jared Shimberg enters Brown as a **high-upside offensive lineman** with a strong pre-college résumé, including **Second Team All-State**, team captain, and team MVP honors, which suggests both talent and leadership traits that matter on the OL[2]. As a recruit, he looks like the kind of player coaches value for **discipline, competitiveness, and reliability** more than flashy stats, and his background points to someone who can fit a physical, detail-oriented program that develops linemen over time[2].
