steady Pitt back with veteran production and pass-game value
Isaac Bennett was a dependable, multi-dimensional back for Pittsburgh, with career totals of 309 rushing attempts for 1,447 yards (4.7 per carry) and 44 receptions for 349 yards from 2011-2014, including 272 rushing yards on 51 carries in the 2014 season. He wasn’t a burner, but he ran with balance, stayed efficient, and added value as a receiver—traits that make him more “trust him on third down” than “house-call every touch.” For a team looking for toughness, reliability, and a back who can do a bit of everything, Bennett fits the mold nicely.
